Rags normally refer to the clothes and textiles that no longer can be used for wearing or for the initial use. These rags are commonly old, stained, broken clothes and can be used in various places like the rags are definitely used in the house work to wipe the dust and dirt in your homes. Many people may have the thought that the rags have no value and the only way to deal with these rags is to throw them away. But what they don’t know is that the rags are made of different materials like cotton, fabric, and etc. which means the rags can be recycled and made into new products. The recycling of rags will not only benefit for the environment but also can get an extra profit.
Rags recycling with HBM-K10
The HBM-K10 is our hottest one among our scale weighting horizontal bagging balers for the rags. As it named the biggest difference between the scale weighting horizontal bagging baler and other normal horizontal baler is that the scale weighting horizontal bagging baler have a scale which you can weighting the rags before you stating the feeding process. After the pressing process is finished, you can pack the bales with PP bags or other bags or boxes which will make the scrap rags prevent from the pests and moisture and will good for the further recycling process. The packing will also make sure the density of the bales during the transportation, and each bale’ weight is 10 kg produced by the HBM-K10.
